During September 24th-26th two international expos took place in the city of Zhuhai (China), CIFEX|RemaxAsia Expo 2012 and iPrint (China) Expo 2012. Both were organized by Recycling Times Media Corporation (China). Around 425 companies from different parts of the World participated in both events.
According to the organizers, during those three days the expos were visited by more than 10000 people.
Russian Informational Agency BUSINESS-INFORM took part in this event for the first time. The aim was to present the Agency’s products (catalogs, electronic tables, databases, marketing research results) to Chinese specialists; as well as the introducing BUSINESS-INFORM International Office Equipment, Supplies, and Parts Expo (booth K503). During the exhibition Russian specialists were actively supported by their Chinese colleagues from ABColor (booth E350). According to the participants of the Chinese expos BUSINESS-INFORM was a success. The visitors of booths K503 and E350 thoroughly examined and evaluated Agency’s production. They were introduced to the structure of BUSINESS-INFORM Russian Expo and told about the basic results and 2012 Expo’s report agenda. Most of them expressed interest in participating in BUSINESS-INFORM 2013 International Expo.
The attention of both visitors and participants was drawn to the two reports on the dynamics of Russian market of printing devices and supplies 
made by Russian specialists and based on the research results received by the Agency in 2004-2012. The first report was introduced by mr. Zubkov S.P., the head of Umacs company (Russia), during the conference organized by Recycling Times Magazine (China) on 23 of September in the Holiday Inn Zhuhai hotel conference hall. 192 specialists from more than 80 countries of the World, who participated in this event, highly appreciated the report, which was called “Russian Market of Printing Supplies Trends”. The second report was introduced by mr. Zubkov S.P., mr. Malinsky S.V., the head of BUSINESS-INFORM Informational Agency and ms. Qian Ying, the head of ABColor (China) on 25 September within the frame of CIFEX|RemaxAsia Expo 2012 seminars. During the report mr. Malinsky presented basic strategic data concerning sales volumes of printing equipment and supplies on the Russian market during 2004-2012. The main tendencies were explained in detail and a forecast for 2013-2015 was made. The speaker expressed strong concern towards the statistics of Russian customers dissatisfaction with low quality of compatible materials, explained the reason for this dissatisfaction and its possible influence on Russian market dynamic in 2013-2015.
In the final part of the report mr. Malinsky S.V. invited everyone to participate or just to visit BUSINESS-INFORM 2013 International Expo,
which is scheduled for 21st – 23rd of May and will be held in Moscow in All-Russian Exhibition Centre.
The floor was then given to ms. Qian Ying, the head of ABColor and the co-organizer of BUSINESS-INFORM 2012 Expo, who continued the report about the results of the Expo and plans for 2013. In her speech ms. Qian Ying presented the data about participants and visitors of RechargRussia Expo (2006-2011) and BUSINESS-INFORM (2012), noted the advantages of BUSINESS-INFORM Expo, and revealed plans of its development. She also expressed the regret that the Chinese participants of BUSINESS-INFORM 2012 do not fully use the opportunities offered by the organizers to present their products (virtual exhibition in the first place, as well as reports giving). That’s is why, according to ms. Qian Ying, the Chinese participants in 2013 should more thoroughly review the whole complex of additional services provided by Informational Agency BUSINESS-INFORM within the framework of the expo.
On the whole, participating in CIFEX|RemaxAsia Expo 2012 and iPrint (China) Expo 2012 in Zhuhai left Russian specialists from BUSINESS-INFORM Informational Agency with quite positive impressions. Numerous new contacts were established with companies from China, Korea, Germany, and USA some of them already offered cooperation. This experience would surely be useful for Russian specialists in organizing BUSINESS-INFORM 2013 International Expo.
