INTEGRAL Takes over Italian Toner Manufacturer Baltea
INTEGRAL has acquired the assets of the Italian toner manufacturer
Baltea srl. Baltea was the former toner manufacturer of the OEM Olivetti. In
order to keep the legacy alive, INTEGRAL will advance the technology of
mechanically produced and rounded color toner, developed by Baltea. Toners
produced using this technology are on the same level as chemically produced
toner with regards to form and characteristics. An important advantage of this
production process, however, is the significantly lower impact on the
environment and lower production costs.
Using this extensive package of
formulas and recipes, INTEGRAL is expected to become one of the most important
players in the field of environmentally friendly produced rounded color toners.
Two production lines for monochrome
toner are intended for sale. One of them is a Japanese Kawasaki heavy industry
line and the other an Alpine line from Germany. Both lines are PLC
controlled and work with a high degree of automation. Prospective buyers can
view these lines. The price is open for negotiation, however, the lines will
not be sold within Europe. Please kindly visit
the website www.integral-toner.com for contact details.
