Post-release of the conference «Modern Approach towards the Procurement of Printing Products and Services, the Systematization, Storage, and Disposal of Documents»

On 16^th of May 2019 on VDNH within the framework of BUSINESS-INFORM 2019 Office Equipment, Parts, and Software Expo the 5th “Supplier and Corporative Buyer” conference took place being aimed at administrative specialists and procurement managers from state and commercial structures. Its topic was “"Modern Approach towards the Procurement of Printing Products and Services, the Systematization, Storage, and Disposal of Documents".

The conference was opened by Bagmanyan Olesya, President of AEPP (Administrative Economy Professional Partnership) Association.

She told of the results of the work done in 2018 and of 2019 plans. The Association has 249 members: 194 – individuals, 55 – legal entities. Since 2014 the Association has already held 40 events on experience exchange, visited by 2850 people. It has developed “Administrative Operations Specialist” professional standard. Near completion is the work on “Commercial Property Management Specialist”. Two awards-of-the-year ceremonies were held at Pashkov’s House: “Administrative Director 2017” and “Administrative Director 2018”. Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation has 5 programs on its curriculum developed by the Association’s experts.

Kirillov Maksim,  CEO, Administrative Department Director, Renaissance Credit, has in his speech reviewed current trends in administrative procurements, told about possible risks and ways to minimize them.

Medvedeva Elena, Head of Administrative Service, Industrial Development Foundation, had a report entitled “Organizing of Printing, Systematization, Storage, and Disposal of Documents at Industrial Development Foundation". From it the audience learned of the way printing is organized and the documents are systemized and stored at the Foundation. The theoretical basics of organizing and the requirements for document storage within the workflow were presented. Listeners learned about the terms and types if document storage. This topic is very important, since is the responsibility of every organization being fixed by the law. Elena also told about the equipment used in the office to print and dispose of the documents.

Anzigin Grigoriy, Managing Director, Renaissance Insurance, presented the report on complex changes in corporative document processing.

The report analyzes mutual connections between the technological development and the changes the former brings. The main idea was to show the way the processes are being changed within companies; how the organizational-cultural company structure and the latest technology introduction are connected with the process of documents processing.

During his speech the speaker performed a comparative analysis of processes within companies of different organizational-cultural types. The results demonstrate that companies with “flatter” organizational structures and whose are more loyal towards their employees are better in introducing innovations quicker to change and better at quality procession of data.  

In his report, called "The Russian Market of Office Printing Consumables: Cheap Products Define the Growth of Sales", Malinskiy Stanislav, General Director, Informational Agency "Business-Inform", (Moscow) has in detail analyzed the dynamics and specifics of the Russian Market. He demonstrated that the growth of compatible cartridges supplements in 2018 was caused by their low quality in the first place. Besides that the speaker demonstrated the audience with the results of environmental research performed with compatible cartridge parts: the biggest part of cartridges analyzed contained high levels of pollution with toxic DecaBDE compound, while toner contained a large amount of particles less than 5 microns in diameter (potential carcinogens).

Volker Kappius, General Director, Delacamp, (Germany) did a report called "New Generation Toners or Newly-Build Cartridges: What to Choose?" In it he demonstrated the merits of modern Japanese-produced chemical toners for remanufacturing of OEM-cartridges, comparing this type of products with Chinese NBCs. A special attention of the speaker was devoted to the issue of discovery in 2018 of cheap NBCs dangerous characteristics, for instance them being polluted with toxic substances (high content of toxic fire-retardants) and emission of dangerous compounds.   

Hagemann Tania, Russian Representative, Integral GmbH, (Germany), in her report  "Toner Quality – Key Indicator of Product Safety" introduced the conference attendees to her company which has a 45-years of experience in producing World-Cless toner and 25 years of experience of working on the Russian market. The speaker demonstrated environmental and economic advantages of Integral toners, gave practical advice regarding the choice of quality toner for producing new and remanufactured cartridges.

In his report called “Russian Supplier Is Driven by Buyer’s Demands” the head of RMS company, Belikov Evgeny has in detail analyzed the dynamics of the Russian market in 2000-2010-2018. The speaker has clearly demonstrated how the decrease in buying capacity led to the decreasing of quality of products supplied on the Russian market.
