COVID-19 Raises the Requirements towards the Data Safety of Russian Businesses and Organizations


 Moscow, November 10, 2020 – The Association of Quality Consumables Manufacturers and Suppliers (AQCMS) and Information Agency “Business-Inform” organized and held on November 10 the online-conference “COVID-19 Raises the Requirements towards Data Safety of Russian Businesses and Organizations”. The conference saw participation by the representatives of 141 Russian companies (buyers of office printing devices and corresponding supplies), as well as a number of Russian experts in the field of Cyber-Security (CS), and the heads of Russian companies supplying printers/MFPs and quality alternative supplies. The Conference sponsors are Cuhdo Ltd., Uniton Service Ltd., and Incotec Ltd.

During the Conference three reports were presented:

The participants of the conference discussed with the reporters and Russian CS experts as well as with the heads of office printing devices supplying companies the presented recommendations and testing results, the practical aspects of organizing office printing devices and supplies procurements, as well as the necessary organizational, informational and legal support from “Business-Inform” Group and AQCMS in transformation of CS and Information Security policies during COVID period.

In the end of the Conference, the Participants thanked the organizers and sponsors and expressed the wish to meet again within the framework of other AQCMS Online Conferences to discuss the issues of Information Security for Russian businesses.
